What truly stood out was the attentive and proactive staff, especially Mr Nguyen, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need, from ordering taxis to ensuring a personalized breakfast experience. the personalized goodbye gesture and the thoughtful thank you email truly showcased the level of exceptional service at this hotel. the rooftop pool and spacious rooms with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV further added to the luxurious experience. the attention to detail in providing free toiletries and a varied breakfast selection, including the option to customize eggs, demonstrated a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
